I saw a Google hit on this article. I wondered who it was. It’s funny…I see people ask Google questions, and I just itch to answer them directly. But, of course, by the time I see the hit, they’re long gone.

So, for the record, YES: eagles eat weasels (if they can catch them). NO: weasels are not endangered. We’re quite widespread and healthy, in fact. WHAT DO WEASELS LOOK LIKE? Gorgeous.

Honestly — as long as it isn’t controversial, try Wikipedia.

This Ray Schoenke has been on radio ads for Obama here in Virginia on WRVA; touting his pro gun organization and his being a former Washington Redskin.

I know he sounded fishy, a gun rights guy voting for Obama is like a Chicken voting for Col. Sanders.

Trade wars over magnets. A sticky business, that. China makes a really attractive target right about now, as well. They are fielding complaints all over the place right before the Olympics and I’m having a great laugh. Yes, it is insanity.

Just put too much sugar and honey on my Lucky Charms for breakfast. It’ll wear off.

Ramirez’s Cheryl Crow ‘toon is dated but good. Another one he did is fantastic and I’m posting it. It strikes a very personal chord.

I might reveal myself as prejudiced but I was pleasantly surprised that a Hispanic would be a stalwart champion of conservatism in the cartoon world. Most non-whites are under great pressure to kow-tow to the Left.

On that note, I follow very few cartoons or cartoonists because of how they constantly inject politics into it and not in a way that I find amusing.

Ramirez is one reason I’m doing a trial for Investor’s Business Daily. I might even subscribe, high though the price may be.

I've been meaning to write Michael Ramirez a fan letter. A conservative editorial cartoonist is rare enough, but he's also a good draughtsman...which is rare among cartoonists, these days. More on the US and our incipient magnet crisis.
