I would suspect it’s a matter of spelling these days. Whether one orders a Ploughman’s lunch or a Plowman’s lunch the fare is substantially similar.

Having read Dune some 17 times now, I can still honestly say that I catch nuances out of it each time that I never noticed before. Herbert was a social commentator genius.
