….spotted in a shop window this evening…

Stuffed rooster. He’s very good. It’s a very posh shop, so I’m sure it’s a very posh price.

It’s not Steiff, though. I looked. You can, however, have a Steiff Foghorn Leghorn for a mere £275. Whew!

p.s. I currently have four (4!) cockerels. Anyone want a snuggly chicken buddy? And I don’t mean stuffed.

What her stoatliness isn’t telling you is that, presumably looking to find the price of this cuddly beast, she typed ‘stuffed cockerel’ into a search engine.

The results were… rather diverting, apparently. Oh, how we laughed!

I wasn’t using Google, which defaults to ‘safe search on’. It was Qwant, I think, which apparently does not default that way.

Dicks. I saw lots and lots of dicks.

I made a similar mistake in my early days using a computer and the World Wide Web. I wanted a new hair style, and searched for “pictures of women with curly red hair,” or something similar. Well. I’ve been very careful ever since!

Whatever you say, weasel again. But were any of them “spotted”???

(yeah. I'm going to write)

(oooo! you have a website?)

Beware: more than one link in a comment is apt to earn you a trip to the spam filter, where you will remain -- cold, frightened and alone -- until I remember to clean the trap. But, hey, without Akismet, we'd be up to our asses in...well, ass porn, mostly.
