It hovers around freezing at night for a week. This is bad news since the lambs are little and Uncle B is anxious to plant out the garden for this year.
We can’t catch a break with the weather.

Leftovers! Yes! I had a pot of leftover Bolognese sauce. Whaddya do when you have a boatload of ragu? Why you make lasagna!
I rumbled the pantry, alas no lasagna noodles, except a packet of dodgy-looking whole wheat that I keep pushing around the shelf, and no ricotta in the fridge. I punted and substituted farfalle and sour cream.
It looks and smells divoon!

For those who haven’t found out yet, Ace’s site has been up and down for the last couple of days. Apparently a major server problem. Currently up on a limited basis thru a backup site.

Dear Complaint Department: when referencing temperature in a Brit based blog please identify which scale is in use. Assuming Celsius would be the scale made an ass-of-u-and-me….but mostly me. (to my defense I hadn’t had my coffee yet)

I saw that ace had been up and down. I hate to say it, but I was struck by how nice the temporary site looked. Somehow, the formatting there has gotten more and more broken and messy for me, only some of which is the ads. It’s like the CSS wasn’t working right. Anyway, good luck to him getting it stable.

@thefritz I hates be a smartass (especially if coffee hadn’t been yet imbibed)but the scale clue was the number 27 and the word freezing. Just sayin’
BTW- the NotReallyLasagna was pretty danged good…here’s the recipe if you want to try lasagna made with sour cream.

@BJM of course 27 fahrenheit is chilly but a fogged brain assuming a Euro-centric measurement brought it around to my balmy south Florida temperature…
