That sucker. Right there!

Leg cramp! Leg cramp! And not the usual calf muscle, either, but that funny little muscle that runs along the shin. Pulled my toes toward my knees and made me dance around hooting.

Yes, you have been experiencing lazy holiday Weasel. I’m not actually off for another week, but I’m soooo tapped out already.

I see the Your Daily Dose of Internet guy has picked up on the geriatric albatross story. Also, he’s gone from three minute videos to nine minute videos. If you’ve never wasted an afternoon with this guy, you’re welcome.

Those Cramps are best recommended for getting information out of terrorists.

That, or a technique for inducing a “brain freeze” like you get from a Slurppy.

I can tell you, I’d talk pretty fast to get them to stop doing either of those.

Ooh, leg cramps. Awful, terrible things, especially at night.

I doubt there’s a universal cure but I’ll simply state what’s worked for me: Gatorade or similar electrolyte replenishing drink at bedtime. I used to get a leg cramp a couple of times a week, but now it’s a couple of times a year. I hope this is helpful!

Electrolytes! I thought it was potassium.

Potassium is one of ’em but not the only one. I’m not a biochemist or a physical therapist, just a guy who stopped having leg cramps after starting a Gatorade (or equivalent) nightcap. It’s sure worth a try and can’t very well do any harm. That I know of.

@Uncle Al:
Even if you’re not a biochemist or physical therapist you might still qualify to be a Supreme Court Justice.

I fund that a cup of Greek yoghurt every day prevents old people cramps.
Rolaids, or any other calcium/magnesium supplement is helpful as well.
A potassium supplement is helpful too.
