Ace of Spades HQ is one exception to the bigger=stupider comments rule, as is Volokh (although I don’t know how big that blog is) and Protein Wisdom. Right Wing News can have good comment discussions too, but there’s a cadre of rotating leftist twits that ruin any constructive dialogue at RWN.

LGF always was a miserable festival of awful comments, and now its turned into a prison camp of Christophobes and left-leaning twerps.
