Absolutely haram
Found this in a search of old novelty postcards. Abdul Hamid (1725–1789), Wikipedia tells me, was the 27th Sultan of the Ottoman Empire. He was very devout and something of an Islamic saint.
And this is an old postcard of him composed entirely of half-naked ladies.
It’s like, weren’t we better off when nobody gave a shit what blasphemy people got up to halfway around the world?
Sincerely,
Weasel

This is one of those optical illusion things that takes your brain fifteen minutes to figure out.

With photoshop and all the rest, why isn’t this kind of artwork all over the place? Obama made out of all his lackey’s. Or the face of Bill Clinton made out of all his lovers?

Having spent the effort to see the guy, I must say I prefer to see the women. But now it keeps flipping, dammit.

To answer the question: Yes, yes we were.
Also, I don’t think you can be a blasphemer if it’s not your religion. As a Catholic I think Andres Serrano’s ‘Piss Christ’ is an act of blasphemy but if Mr. Serrano is not Catholic, or Christian, then it’s just an artwork that insults some people.

We may have been better off when we had an agrarian society and people worked from dawn to dusk, just to survive.
Nowadays, people have free time. And a certain percentage of those people have decided that their focus in life will be to take offense at as many things as they possibly can. It’s a hobby for them. (“Being offended” is a choice you can make.)

I believe to blaspheme is merely to speak evil of (or to speak of as evil). Romans 14:16 even gives the trivial use in μη βλασφημεισθω ουν υμων το αγαθον “Let not then your good be evil spoken of” (Lit: let not be blasphemed therefore of you the good).
So, when someone says “God is evil.” or “Jesus was a homo.” they are, in fact, blaspheming, whether or not they believe.

Unless that postcard is very old, it almost certainly depicts Abdul Hamid II (1842-1918), a/k/a Abdul the Damned.
Google doesn’t turn up many images of AH II, but there does seem to be a resemblance, and the fez is much more late Ottoman. (Earlier Sultans are usually depicted wearing enormous ceremonial turbans.)
AH II was (like all traditional Turkish VIPs) a pussy hound (13 official concubines), which explains the theme of the postcard. He was also infamous for the massacre of 300,000 Armenians in 1894-1895, and for revoking the constitution that he’d granted in 1876 two years later. For the next 30 years he was absolute ruler, with massacres of restive Christians and political police hunting down dissidents.
In 1908, the Young Turks forced him to restore the constitution and reduced him to a figurehead. He attempted a counter-coup in 1909 and was deposed.
Pretty much of a slimeball, though some credit him with enacting a few useful reforms.
