Useless me.

tattoo

For some reason, I’m tired and useless tonight. I’ve done nothing but dinner prep (just the prep; Uncle B does wok duty) and browse /r/badtattoos.

Nothing cheers me up quite like stupid people and the bad decisions they make.

Only, I beg to differ on the one in the picture (color here). This is an excellent piece bit of mechanical draftsmanship. I only wish I could read the flow chart.

Join me? Skip Reddit and go right to the Imgur album for /r/badtattos.

Bonus: today is Imgur’s seventh birthday, apparently. If you have an account (at least, I suspect you have to have an account), you get to click on a present icon and are served a Bazooka-bubblegum-worthy lousy stinking rotten joke.

Pretty sure it’s this:

Reddit is the only place I go these days, aside from here, Ace and ZeroHedge…it’s getting nutz out there.

The guy that got his wee willy tattooed with the call letters of a radio station for a $1000 prize gets my vote.

My late husband was in the navy with a guy who won a lot of bar bets because he had an American flag tattooed on the head of his willy.

OOOOOH….I cannot wait to send this to my buddies who work in the oilfield!

It’s a coiled tubing unit for those not in the oilfield. Very useful for working down hole without killing the well pressure. My daughter has one on her wrist of a Lufkin pumping unit, also known as a pump jack or “nodding donkey” by furriners.

Don’t know how close you are to Margate, but maybe this will perk you up, Swease. 🙂

It’s starting to look like Tommy-time again, I expect. Thin Red Line of Heros and all that.

Never been to Margate, but it’s kinda in our area. I know someone who died there, if that helps!

Dunno, Ric. I’d be happy if I thought so. There was a really good one about Kipling in India the other day, which surprised us as it wasn’t snarky at all.

Saw it. Also, Escape to the Country’s latest episode was in East/West Suffix, so of course they showed Kipling’s manor. It was a good episode — the weather was clear and the Suffixes looked beautiful. 🙂

We go to Bateman’s once or twice a year. It’s a beautiful old house, but there’s something sad and haunted about it.

And I’m about the least sensitive person I know.
