Phew!

I was 13 when Roe v Wade was decided and I remember being very surprised that the court ruled the way they did. Abortion was only recently legal and in a very few states at that point, was wildly controversial, and a ruling from on high was only going to make matters worse. The Supremes weren’t usually that meddling.

Being only 13, my thoughts on the matter were probably a lot less coherent, but I got the emotional gist.

Abortion is not one of my biggest issues, though the Gosnell stuff got to me. But every law-talking-dude I’ve ever read says it was a complete mess of a decision. And goodness knows the Founders were unlikely to hide anything in the text that was pro-abortion. So, good riddance.

I wonder if they’ll burn DC to the ground tonight. Man, I’d miss the Smithsonian. Good weekend, everyone!

I bet D.C. sounded like the inside of a movie theater popcorn machine what with all the heads asploding. Well, it’s just going to add some extra spiciness to this year’s Peace Riot Season.

Eh, let em burn their cities.

If they’re too stupid to see it’s not banned, it’s just locally controlled state by state, then they should feel free, within the bounds of whatever law enforcement deems appropriate, to burn their cities, loot their stores and destroy their own neighborhoods as they often do.
New York, Washington, LA, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, all seem to enjoy a good one night urban renewal effort.

What are they going to do to Portland they haven’t already done? More drugs? More burnings? Appoint another city center War Lord?
Are they going to crap on the streets of San Francisco?
Steal more than $1000 in merchandise at one shopping trip from the local stores in LA/New York/Chicago/San Francisco?
Push more old women, Asians and other assorted subway passengers onto the tracks in New York?
Burn down some gas stations thereby eliminating the chance to pay $5.00+ a gallon and creating “gas stations deserts” where they live?

Meh. Stupidity should be painful, so they’ll get a dose of pain tonight, and tomorrow night, and Sunday night, and the ‘voters’ who keep the asshats in power will feel perhaps some of the pain they happily inflict on those of us who were just asking to be left the hell alone.

I find it interesting though that the “right” they are so certain exists is the right to put an end to a human life.
Not a puppy, not a kitty, not a mass of protoplasm.
Agree with the concept or not, at least acknowledge what it truthfully is.
Also note that you had no right to control your own body when it came to being forced to take a questionable vaccine less than a mere 6 months ago.

you’re singing my song! I’m thinking of starting up a new political party: the Leave Us The Hell Alone Party. You in?

Just like that…it’s okay for members of Congress to encourage insurrection and violence on Twitter.

Interestingly enough, this afternoon I saw where out of nowhere 20 large pallets of bricks were delivered and left in the streets next to the sidewalks by the House Office Buildings. 1) that is not cheap. 2) the conjecture was that it was paid for by Soros. And my own feeling is that since January 2021 Congress has been off limits to the peasants and Deplorables, so I hope they all have fun.

So far, remarkable physical restraint! Relatively speaking.

Hysterical misunderstanding, theatrics, hype and rabble rousing by various political practitioners, not so restrained.

Perhaps once the WEF Reset commanders get their sepoy rent a rebellion troopers mobilized and deployed it will heat up.
I expect it may, I hope it doesn’t.

Some twitter asshat opined that violence should be taken to the smug rural dwellers too. Me thinks he’s never heard the phrase “country justice” or that we’re pretty much armed to the teeth. Oh well, the hell with the whole lot of ’em.

I just finished binging “The Offer” on Paramount+. It is very entertaining and the cast is excellent. English actor Matthew Goode nails Robert Evans.

Wonderful, Sundog! I’d seen bits of that, but not the whole thing.
