More recently, in 2015, the Minneapolis Police Department made Somali immigrant Mohamed Noor an officer, despite clear evidence of unfitness. In 2017, Noor shot and killed an unarmed 45-year-old woman in pajamas; he was later convicted of murder and manslaughter.

Those are cases I know of. I’m sure there are more.

I think we should be far more sympathetic and supportive of Doodlebug. A good thing to do now would be to set up a GoFundMe campaign to drum up about $12,500 to get her a single-wide in a quiet out-of-the-way spot in the boondocks, so she can privately drink herself into an early grave.

No, seriously, I have a teensy-weensy speck of actual sympathy. She should have known that she would likely have to pay a price for accepting a job she was unfit for, but that price has turned out to be disproportionally high. Catastrophically high.
