You probably know what’s coming

I had a fearsome crush on Bill Mumy. He had a gigantic career in TV and voiceovers, including as a child actor, well before Lost in Space. He has over 400 screen credits as of this writing.
I’m quite sure I read he was busted for cocaine in the Eighties, but Wikipedia doesn’t mention it and Grok says it ain’t so. Damn those rogue braincells.
He also is a musician. He’s released a number of solo albums and been part of a number of bands, but he was most famously half of Barnes and Barnes. And their famous single was? Fish Heads.
Heheheheh. That’ll be stuck in your head the rest of the day.

IIRC, Mumy also had a recurring role in “Babylon 5”.
Have listened to some of his solo music – flashes of talent backlit by a dreary ‘social conscience’.

Wikipedia and grok are probably afraid of being sent to the cornfield.
It would be good if he did that.

He did Fisheads? No kidding!?
Boy’s a genius!
I take back most of the bad things I said about him for not pushing Dr Smith into the Jupiter 1 recycle chute.
Which, if memory serves, non cowardly Spy Smith did to one of the ship’s security guards before he reprogrammed Mr. “Crush, Kill, Destroy!”

If you are a fan of 90’s space operas, Babylon-5 is pretty good, and Mumy has a great role as Lenier.
Star Trek’s Deep Space 9 is rightfully accused of ripping off the show, amongst the neckbeards that argue over such things.

DS9 was the only Trek I liked, because it was darkish.

They can’t write letters. You can’t take them to baseball games.
