Ah, Saint Bernard, the Swiss Gold Medalist in the Olympic Cat Lifting event.

And… Brandy the Paraguayan swimmer that got the boot from the Olympic village for “distracting”…. cats?
So – Brandy distracts the cat, while St Bernard collars him and lifts him off you.
Good plan!

I think she means send a dog named Brandy to scare away the cat? I had a friend who had a dog named Brandy but it was a Labrador.
