Correct me if I’m wrong but I think that

6.00 pm Weasel time (i.e. GMT/UTC in winter and GMT/UTC+1 in summer)

is 1.00 pm in the EST zone and 10am in the PST zone.

The only periods when people might be uncertain are when the Daylight Saving changeovers take place. In Weaselville daylight saving runs from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October, whereas in the USA it is from the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November.

I *think* Weasel Blog Time is GMT, which doesn’t observe British Summer Time. At any rate, blog time is off my local time by an hour, at present.
