Computer trouble – posting from my phone

I didn’t know I could post from my phone. I feel quite sure I never gave the phone my password. What infernal corner of Google is quietly storing my personal shit?

Once the Big G has a password stored, it shows up on ANY device signed in under that Google ID.

What’s even weirder – if I change the desktop background of my home computer, when I log in to my work computer that desktop background is also changed.

*sigh* no more tentacle porn backgrounds on my home computer.

Installed Opera today. It’s my last hope 🙂

Never give up, Anonymous. Instead, fight on the beaches, fight on the landing grounds, fight in the fields and in the streets, fight in the hills; never surrender!

I was hoping to get a more pleasant opinion on Lady May and her ever growing list of resignees. Over here, heart of the LA Basin, it seems Brexit died at some place called “checquers”. Is it true? What went wrong?

Is Trump somehow to blame? Another part of the news is a giant blimp shaped like a Baby Trump will be flying over London when the US Prez arrives to talk with Lady M. Huh?

BTW, Minister of Culture? Is that a real thing? Apparently he now leads the Ministry Of Foreign things, which used to lead the Brexit.

It’s really straightforward, tomfrompv. The political class, the multinationals and liberals want one thing, EU membership, the majority wants something else.

When they lost the Referendum (despite all the stunts and tricks) they put May in charge to deliver what they wanted, which is precisely what she has been doing.

Under ordinary circumstances she would have been kicked out at the last general election but sadly the opposition is under the control of the far Left and so people resignedly voted for the Conservatives, even though most by then strongly suspected May is a liar, thus allowing her to continue down her path of doing one thing while saying another.

I have always opposed capital punishment. Now I can’t wait for the piano wire store to open.

Ah Uncle B! when you’re done with her you can ship her over here! I’m sure the official Republican party – owned and operated by various interests, the Chamber of Commerce and their fellow travelers in the Democratic wine and cheese klatch – can find a place for her.

She sounds exactly like a Uni-Party candidate we can use! And her accent will just wow everyone!

All of them.

Thank you, @Mark Matis. Brave is certainly worth a closer look. I used Firefox too long.

You probably ought to be aware, Deborah HH, that Brave was founded by the guy that Firefox fired for having donated to the California “Marriage is One Man + One Woman” campaign. Don’t want to fool anyone into supporting something that is diametrically opposed to their worldview…

Mark & Deb — well that’s one reason to use Brave. And it was the reason I dumped Firefox.

Opera is okay. I use it for the free built-in VPN, but the free version super slows it down sometimes.

Still having issues, but my second monitor is working as usual.

Thanks for the info – UK has a swamp too. The problem is that Britain can never get an outsider, right? The PM has to be chosen by the MPs, not the people.

In the US, our House members would pick a sellout like Paul Ryan as President. Never somebody like Trump.

Thanks for the Brave info too.

In case anyone gives the proverbial damn, I tried Brave after I dropped Firefox due to its Soros connections. I didn’t like it and installed SlimJet, with which I’ve stuck as it seems really rather good and seems more or less Google free.

Please do note that Brave has improved significantly from its early beginnings. It still is not the “be all to end all”, but they are dropping a revision every couple of weeks, and each time it gets better. I am currently using it for my online banking, although I am posting this from Chromium – NOT Chrome – since there are some sites that only like certain browsers.
