‘Member me?
I’ll be honest; I kind of miss this face. Obama was easy to caricature (a thing I struggle with), plus you could make an easily-recognizable version of him without accidentally evoking old racist cartoons. He was just goofy looking.
I don’t miss his insufferable vanity, but even that is reduced to comedy now that he’s out of power. Just another shuffling ex-presidential zombie at state funerals.
p.s. in case you missed it, he really pissed off the lefties today by criticizing the slogan ‘defund the police’. The political zeitgeist has passed him by and he doesn’t realize it yet.

I strongly suspect that Barky’s public persona is not at all the same as his private one. He and ValJar are up their stinkin’ armpits in swamp ooze. Why do you think he and Big Maw moved into a semi-mansion in DC after they were evicted from public housing on Pennsylvania Ave. when they both are on public record that they hated that city? It’s because DC is swamp insurgency central and physical face-to-face conversations are one of the few communications methods left that the NSA doesn’t hoover up into their forever database.
Or is it the FBI that hoovers, and the NSA that Electroluxes?

Some of us noticed that he didn’t criticize “defund the police” because it’s a provably horrible, destructive policy, but because it’s just a “snappy slogan” that won’t accomplish what is hoped for.

Heh – Defund the police – that’s like posting a Disney style sign for the queue you’re standing in that says:
“Abattoir wait time, 10 minutes, you are 34th in line”
They prefer it if we follow the Judas goat quietly like good little sheep, so Barack wants to keep the screaming down to a minimum.
