Husband and I have been retired about 5 years now. We used to have pretty regular schedules when we worked. Our shared calendar now is a jumbled mess! My MD appointments are in one color, his are in another (and once you retire you all the sudden have to see all the -ologists). We’ve become active in our HOA committees because we want to tamp down the “enthusiasts” whilst minimizing our expenditures so we have his meetings in one color and mine in another. We live in south FL so we are “winter vacation central” for friends and family so those visits are in one color for a meet up and another color for a house guest. Some of our friends here still work so our planned meet-ups/boatings/pool float days are yet another color.

Being retired ain’t for the unorganized.

Pups, I swore I’d never pick up Britishisms. But over time, you forget what those are.

Google is pants but it’s slightly less terrible as an interface than Microsoft, even though Google is more adept at being evil.

I use the Lightning calendar under my Thunderbird e-mail client on Linux. Seems to work quite well!
