Well done.

Oh, it was probably Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from all those bong hits he did last Friday at Uni. I suspect we will find out over the next few days (thanks to ABC and NBC) that he had heard someone say that Bush wasn’t the worst president ever and that pushed him over the edge.

Per Jake Tapper:

President Obama had lunch today with eleven reporter/columnist/editor/pundit-types.

Those present were:

Mike Allen of Politico;
David Brooks of the New York Times;
Chris Cillizzaa of the Washington Post;
Gail Collins of the New York Times;
Howard Fineman of Newsweek;
David Gergen;
Mara Liasson of National Public Radio and Fox News Channel
Josh Marshall of Talking Points Memo.
John Meacham of Newsweek;
Cynthia Tucker of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution; and
Andrew Rosenthal of the New York Times.

The president does these lunches occasionally to try to explain to opinion-makers what his thoughts are about issues of the day.

Yes, I’m sure they all do it. But it doesn’t seem right to this little weasel. Journalists keep going on and on about being a sort of extra-Constitutional branch of government, charged with keeping the rest honest.

This is like watching your lawyer and the other guy’s lawyer embrace cordially outside the courtroom and go to lunch together.

Still trying to find the bumper sticker I saw parodying the ‘Coexist’ that shows the signs of religions in place of letters, but instead has dynamite around and angry eyebrows on the C crescent moon and instead of peace sign O, a frightened smiley face.

Now now, folks. he could have just been having a bad lack of hair day…. [/anti-CNN sarcasm]

Sadly, CNN’s pussyfooting around his name and background told me more about the shooter than their reporting did.

Y’all have it all wrong. I’ve had a theory for years; the killers always have the unibrow thing going on. Check old Ted Bundy out.

It’s an outward manifestation of a reduced capacity central front cortex.

It’s as if there is an actual motive that will be found and everyone will say “Oh yeah, now I see why he killed 13 people! Makes sense now.” Never try to explain irrationality rationally. Thank God it’s Texas. They kill bastards like this all the time. The Military in Texas could do it one better.

Some of the soldiers he shot up were deploying to Iraq in a few days. Their buddies are still going right over. Watch out rag heads. Payback is a mother f*****!

The Code of Military Justice: Murder

http://usmilitary.about.com/library/milinfo/mcm/bl118.htm

Maximum punishment.

(1) Article 118(1) or (4) — death. Mandatory minimum — imprisonment for life with eligibility for parole.

(2) Article 118(2) or (3)—such punishment other than death as a court-martial may direct.

Andrea, as I point out in a subsequent comment, that’s as retarded as if a mass shooting by a Muslim in the UK on the 4th of July were to be attributed to residual feelings of resentment for George III.

Hold me back from going to my Congresswoman’s office and unleashing some Allahu Akbar for voting yes for this insane health care bill. But don’t anyone jump to any conclusions about my motivations when it happens.

No fed can consider this a threat because Islam is a religion of peace.

Sorry, but it ain’t nothin’ but a thang.

You know why?

Cuz I’m wearing my Zombie Reagan t-shirt, bitches. Came today, and is it ever the shit. Goddamn, Stoaty, this t-shirt ROCKS, verily. It’s everything I wanted it to be, including being big enough.

And, if that’s not enough, I eagerly await my coffee mug, also with Zombie Reagan’s kind visage upon it, with blood red trim on the handle and rim. I shall be the envy of my kitchen as I get well caffeinated for the coming day.

Stoaty, you’re a peach!

Mojo! Dude! Delighted to hear it. Everybody says Zazzle makes some good quality stuff. I’m thinking we need some ZReagan postcards to mail into our legislature for making us such a fan-tabulous shit sammich.

It won’t stand, Dawn. It can’t. It’ll get gummed up in the Senate or something. People just won’t stand for it.

That witch Nancy Pelosi sure knew what she was doing when she added that abortion crap. She knew that her fellow Democrats from conservative districts could hold their nose and vote for the thing as long as the abortion exclusion amendment was added. Then they could go back to their districts as the heroes who stood up for the babies.
If I was Planned Parenthood I would be so pissed for being sold out! I mean there was some real money to be made. Right now as a cash business abortions only cost about $300. If the government paid for them they could charge thousands.
For that matter, abortions should be the best evidence for the free market determining healthcare prices. It’s still relatively cheap to kill your own child.
